Installation Guide for Wafer Butterfly Valve

Set auxiliary screw at proper place, to regulate distance between two flanges or groove faces.
Insert the valve and screw on the rest bolts, align inner circles on the pipeline, make sure valve center and flange center are concentric and disc switch position are not blocked by flange inner diameter or near parts, then repeatedly tighten bolts at uniform diagonal.
After finishing installation, once again make sure full open and full open angle.
